By clicking on the ‘Confirm Booking’ button, you agree to the following terms and conditions.



GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS


1. Prior to arrival, guests will be required to provide a valid credit card.
2. A $250 DLS deposit will be charged to the credit card of your choice upon your arrival in case any incidental charges apply.
3. Damage, breakages, theft, and losses are the responsibility of the person named in the booking during their stay.
4. Additional cleaning fees may apply when necesary. Example: If the room requires a profesional cleaning process due to contamination of bodyly fluids such as vomit, aditional fees may apply.
5. The consumption of drugs inside the entire property is strictly prohibited and may result in termination of booking, dismissal of guest without a refund and legal prosecution.
6. Smoking is not permitted at any time in the entire property. An additional cleaning fee of $150 DLS will be charged and may result in termination of booking and dismissal of guest without refund.
7. Pets are not allowed on the property.
8. The number of guests must not exceed the number stated on the booking confirmation notice or subsequently agreed in writing or email.
9. Bookings may include 2 adults and up to 2 children (16 years or youger) per cabin. If you require more space there is an apartment for rent inside the property that can acomódate more adults if needed.
10. Lost or stolen keys will incur a USD $100 fee.
11. All Guests note and agree that there are motion-activated, night-vision security cameras on all exteriors of the cabins, and the footage is accessible to the manager team at all times.
12. The breach of any of the above conditions may result in immediate termination of rental and charges.



BOOKING/CANCELATION/REFUND


1. Reservations are subject to availability and actual pricing at the time of booking.
2. All accommodation bookings must be guaranteed at the time of reservation by provision of Valid Credit Card details and billing adress.
3. By providing valid credit card details, you warrant that you have the authority to use the credit card and you authorize Entremontes to charge the cost of your booking to the credit card in the case of cancellation or no show penalties as detailed below.
4. During booking you will be charged the firts night and once on property during the check in the rest of the stay will be charged to your credit card.
5. Cancelations10 days prior to arrival date are 100% refundable. Cancelations between 10 days and 3 days prior to arrival are 50% refundable, less tan 3 days prior to arrival will be charged 100%.
6. All reservations will be confirmed by email.
7. All bookings are non-transferable.
8. Reservations are required to be in the name of a person occupying the room.
9. There will be NO refunds if your stay is cut short for any reason



ARRIVAL AND DEPARTURE


1. Check-in time: 3pm – 7pm. Checkout time: 11am
2. Please notify through whats up number given once reservación is confirmed your aproximate arrival time or any change in Schedule that might occur.
3. We recommend that check in is done during daylight hours.
4. During check in, the guest will have to sign in, receive cabin key and pay for the remaining amount of booking.
5. During check in the guest will be charged with a $250 DLS deposit for any posible charges mentioned previously.
6. Once the guest party knows the departure time, check out will be done to return keys and settle any additional room charges incurred, if necessary.



POOL POLICY


1. Guests are expected to be respectful to staff at all times.
2. Guests may use the pool area to relax and enjoy considering firts come first serve in terms of the availave lounge áreas.
3. Guest may not throw a party without Entremontes consent.
4. We expect guests to follow pool hours and rules.



LIABILITY


1. Entremontes and its owners are not liable for damage due to injury of life, body or health nor the loss or damage of property. The client has no right to claim for compensation. Should there be any disturbance or imperfection in service, the hotel will resolve the matter upon knowledge or reproach by the client. The client is obliged to make a reasonable contribution in order resolve the problem and to minimize the possible damage.
2. Entremontes and its owners are not liable for damage due to injury of life, body or health in relation to any tours booked during the stay. Guests book all tours from third-party vendors at their own discretion.
3. You acknowledge that the ENTREMONTES property is mosty unsupervised and that there inherent risks in the surrounding envirement particularly outside the boundaries and Trail while hiking.
4. The use of the Trail or exploration is at your own risk in the knowledge that there may be safety risks and wildlife. The trails are not suitable for ill prepared or unift inexperienced hikers.
5. You agree to take due care at all times of your own safety while using the facilites and public áreas of the entire property.
6. You will be responsilbe if you decide to trespass areas that are prohibited for guests specified by signs or personel.
7. You acknowledge that you will be staying at ENTREMONTES at your own risk, to the extent permitted by Mexican Law. ENTREMONTES disclaims all liability for any loss or damage suffered including physical injury and liability for negligence while staying on the property.
8. To the extent permitted by Mexican Law, you will indemnify, ENTREMONTES for any los or damage suffered by the property in relation to your stay except to the extent caused by the willful default of ENTREMONTES.
